Location
The block is located at the northern end of Russell Island in a quiet and sunny street. Only 1.6km to the main boat ramp and jetty for the ferry service, 1.2km to the shops and primary school, and 500m to the Bowling Club. Moreton Bay is 400m to the west and there is a large conservation area at the end of the street.

The soil test produced a good result at 0.4m per day. The Redland Shire prepared a Property Assessment on the 6-9-2003, that indicated a house with one bedroom (plus study) would require 25m of trenching. Murv Elliot at the Council told me that a house with two bedroom plus study would require about 20m of trenching using a waste water treatment plant.

Description
A gently sloping block, which has been cleared in the past. We have allowed some of the local natives to regrow.
