Location
Location: The block is located at the southern end of the island just off Centre Road. There is a boat ramp 3km away, and local shops have been proposed 1.5km north on Centre Road. The main shopping and business centre is 5.5km north and the public water transport jetty is 6km north. Sandy Beach is 2.6km southeast. The block is about 750m from Moreton Bay Marine Park. The closest good access to water at the northern end of the Sandy Beach area is about 1km walk (1.6km away by road via Bauhinia Dve). Rocky Point is 2.5km to the west.

Description
A level block, which has been mostly cleared in the past with some young natives regenerating. There is good grey sandy loam, which has produced a Property Assessment that was prepared on the 23-8-2005 (not lodged with council) that indicates the block is suitable for 3 bedroom house with a standard septic system (40m of trenches). According to the Council's criteria a 5 bedroom dwelling would require 34m of trenches with a waste-water treatment plant. If you build a 2 storey house to catch the breeze you may also have a chance of small views in the future. In this case the block is well suited for a dwelling with 2 or 3 bedroom and/or study.
