and the general public to any other organisation or person. Only
those details provided for display on the site are displayed and
all other personal contact and information details are not
held on a web / internet server (database).
Only members can view online details of another member and only
these and only the relevant e-mail address of the member is given
to an individual requesting contact. We aim to be very discreet,
handling information, and in contacting individuals.
A
member making a request has their Email address sent to one they
wish to contact when a request for contact to a member is made,
via introductions. Therefore we stress that it is recommended
you use an anonymous Email address. The member initiating
contact understands and agrees, as set out in the rules and conditions
that their email address will be forwarded to the member the wish
to communicate with.
The member being sent the address then has the choice of replying
to the initial communication.
When
dealing with specific and individual requests we can accommodate
the needs and wants of the client.
